Comedienne Sarah Millican is set to pack her bags for an extended trip around the UK after announcing a 50 date tour due to launch next January.

In her newest show Millican delves into the reasons why her out-going personality – which gave her the nickname chatterbox at school - was a cloak to hide anxiety and an inability to relax, yet ended up helping her fall into her career as a comedian.

The comedienne has built upon the success in 2010 having made a number of appearances on Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow and also on Dave TV last month. Other recent TV shows have included BBC 2’s The Bubble, Live At The Apollo and Mock The Week. Sarah can also be heard as a regular guest on the new Radio 5 series ‘7 Day Sunday’.

Part two of the tour is set to start at the Warwick Arts Centre in Coventry on January 29, and finish in Barrow in Furness on April 20.
