One of the new kids on the comedy block, Get Comedy is a comedy agency setup by Brett Vincent after he left The Underbelly to go solo in 2010.
The agency is based in London and apart from live events and a whole host of Edinburgh Fringe shows, Get Comedy also organises festivals such as Altitude as well as the comedy line-up’s for Bestival and Camp Bestival.
Formed as an independent venture by Vincent in partnership with Ticketline and Getinvolved, Get Comedy has quickly established itself as an up-and-coming comedy agency.
Acts currently signed to Get Comedy’s books include Police Academy and man of a thousand voices Michael Winslow as well as Flight Of The Conchords Rhys Darby, and Jim Jefferies.
Alongside this Brett Vincent has helped develop the careers of Carl Donnelly, Pete Johansson, Glenn Wool, Keith Farnan, Tiernan Douieb and
Get Comedy is also currently helping establish American comic Dana Alexander, who has been nominated for best club comic at the 2012 Chortle awards.
