Auntie gets a clue
The BBC have caved in to criticism of their decision to prevent the team behind I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue from touring, and have finally given them the green light.
Stars Graeme Garden, Tim Brooke-Taylor, Barry Cryer and Humphrey Lyttelton were denied permission to use the show's name because the corporation owned the rights. But after Cryer's comments in the Daily Mail this week, the BBC will now allow the show to tour under the original name.
The corporation described the U-turn as a "positive result", but Cryer summed up the series of events as "typical".
