Little Britain Stars to Guest on Neighbours
The only g'day in the village
In a move likely to delight millions of baked bean-supping students, cult shows Little Britain and Neighbours have joined forces to bring British bad-teeth ambassadors Lou and Andy to Erinsborough.
The cameo appearance of Little Britain stars Matt Lucas and David Walliams is shrouded in secrecy, though soap sources say it involves a scene in the Scarlet Bar with Neighbours regulars Toadie, Steph and Nicky. Insiders have reported that the "whole experience was relatively kerfuffle free".
The duo, who toured down under earlier this year, have long been admirers of the popular soap. Their Aussie act featured suggestions of lewd behaviour between Vicki Pollard and prudish Ramsay Street resident Harold Bishop.
The episode featuring the duo will appear in three months on Australian TV, while UK viewers will have to wait for six months to witness the grey-vested wheelchair exploits.
