Gig of the decade

Owner: Such Small Portions

Group members: 1

Description:

And so we've come to the end of another decade, and this time of year it seems only right to look back on the last ten years and try to put the 3650 odd days into some form of context.

Like in 1999, there's a virus - though not a computer one- which threatened to whisk civilisation into the dustpan but turned out to nothing more than a damp squib. There is still arguably large amount of rubbish on telestrial television, and despite global warming even the weather has stayed grudgingly similar to the end of the previous century.

But time does move on and in the last ten years - in comedy terms at least - we've seen some excellent comedy gigs.

This group is designed to recognise, enjoy and stimulate opinion on what the best selection of live gigs over the last decade was.
